We designed it with our grandmothers in mind, who always had wooden peels for putting bread in their ovens. It is handmade, so each peel is different from the other. Some have the end of the handle teardrop-shaped, others symmetrical round in shape.

The bowl has a curved edge for easier holding while kneading the dough, where the baker needs all his strength. It is also suitable for kneading because of its weight, as it is balanced during work and does not move on the work surface.
