The solid wood peel is designed with a long handle that is suitable for putting bread or pizza into and out of the oven. We designed it with our grandmothers in mind, who always had wooden peels for putting bread in their ovens.
It is handmade, so each peel is different from the other. Some have the end of the handle teardrop-shaped, others symmetrical round in shape.

CARE
After each use, shake the excess flour off the peel. Simply wipe the peel with a soft and damp cloth.
Not dishwasher safe. Keep it in a dry place.
Do not use the peel as a cutting board. It can only be used for short-term exposure to high heat, such as inserting and removing pizza or bread from the oven.
